Asuntoyhtymä's Annual Report 2021 has been published

During the year we added approximately 1 400 finished apartments to our portfolio, launched our new carefree rental living brand Joo Kodit, and developed the sustainability of our operations even further.

2021 was a year of many achievements:

• The number of finished apartments in our portfolio grew from 2 748 to 4 146. The market value of our real estate portfolio amounted to 596.7 million euro.
• In 2021, we also launched our new brand for carefree rental living, Joo Kodit, which was received with enthusiasm.
• By the end of the year there were already nearly 50 of us. In a survey conducted in early 2022, our eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) for employee satisfaction was an amazing 94.
• Our values – respect, simplicity, sustainability and continuous personal and business development – shone through in everything we do.
