2025 in brief

• During 2025, three new properties were completed, adding a total of 291 new apartments. At the end of the year, we had 7,997 completed apartments, of which approximately 96 % were occupied.
• Our values guide how we fulfill our purpose and build profitable business through smart investments and by standing out with carefree service.
• We focus on improving our daily operations. Long-term efficiency improvements are part of our everyday work.
• All properties completed during the year achieved the highest Platinum level of the international LEED environmental certification system.
• Our digital tools and systems support both daily operations and long-term development. During the year, we implemented our new real estate management platform that creates a foundation for our future development.
• We continue to create a resident-oriented housing culture. The customer feedback we collect serves as a key foundation for continuous improvement and community building.
• We completed a climate risk assessment and a related action plan for our wholly owned properties. Our property portfolio is taxonomy-aligned in terms of climate risks.
• We continue our active work to reduce carbon emissions and deepen our understanding of the impacts of our operations. We invest in solutions that reduce consumption and improve energy management.
• Our resident satisfaction Net Promoter Score (NPS) was 45.28, reflecting our residents’ trust in our service.
