We now offer furnished apartments for your company's accommodation needs

Joo Group owns nearly 8000 Joo Kodit apartments in Finland's growth centres. In the future, any of them can be rented fully furnished.

We are introducing Joo Premium apartments, our new range of furnished rental apartments designed for businesses, to the long-term rental market. They are ideal for company accommodation, which was provided to 20,000 employees in Finland at the end of 2023.

– A furnished apartment is the perfect solution when you're relocating to a new city for work. Because we own all the apartments we rent out, we can offer furnished apartments more cost-effectively and efficiently than many other industry players, says Commercial Director Heta Kärki from Joo Kodit.

Move-in ready homes from Oulu to Helsinki

In a furnished Joo Premium apartment, you'll find everything you need for everyday living, right down to crockery, bed linens, and towels. The decor is designed not just for practicality but also to exude cheerful colour and joy.

Our apartments are available in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Järvenpää, Kirkkonummi, Tuusula, Riihimäki, Nurmijärvi, Kerava, Sipoo, Porvoo, Hämeenlinna, Tampere, Nokia, Pirkkala, Kangasala, Turku, Jyväskylä, and Oulu.

The monthly rent starts from 950 euro, always including internet and electricity. Pets are welcome to all Joo Premium homes.

Residents are also able to make use of Joo Kodit residents' benefits and services, such as shared cars, communal spaces, and the free Joo Fixer installation service for putting up pictures.
