Annual review 2024
In the Joo Group's annual review 2024, the Joo team describes what our everyday life has looked like as we have sought the balance of carefree living and great business. At the end of the year, there were a total of 7,736 completed Joo Kodit apartments. We launched Joo Premium apartments, which are fully furnished and designed for businesses. Our resident satisfaction was again at a good level, with an impressive NPS score of 50. Our roadmap to carbon neutrality was completed, and we had already succeeded in significantly reducing our carbon footprint.
Annual review 2023
2023 was a year of improving our operative efficiency and strengthening our financial position. We significantly increased the number of our completed homes, from 6 151 to 7 476. At the same time, we managed to improve our customer experience. All customer satisfaction metrics showed improvement in 2023! Also, Joo team spirit continues to thrive, with top-tier eNPS score 82.

Annual report 2022
2022 was a year of growth, development, and testing out new things. We started the year as Asuntoyhtymä and ended it as Joo Group. The number of Joo Kodit rental apartments grew from around 4,000 to over 6,000. Along the way, we introduced our own apartment search, residents' app, and café!
Annual report 2021
2021 was a year of many achievements: The number of finished apartments in our portfolio grew from 2 748 to 4 146 and the market value of our real estate portfolio amounted to 596.7 million euro. We launched our new brand for carefree rental living, Joo Kodit, which was received with enthusiasm. By the end of the year there were already nearly 50 of Joo team members, and in a survey conducted in early 2022, our eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) for employee satisfaction was an amazing 94.
